The skills we are looking for

2+ years in community marketing, SEO-driven content, developer relations, or related roles Deep understanding of Reddit culture rules and platform dynamics Strong experience in online community engagement on Reddit, StackOverflow, GitHub, Quora, etc. Ability to create expert value-driven answers that are helpful, not purely promotional Experience analyzing search intent, ranking signals, and user-generated SEO patterns Understanding of competitive analysis and narrative positioning Excellent written English; concise, human, expert-level tone Analytical mindset ability to derive insights from community and SEO data Strategic creativity to find new entry points and shape community narratives
