As the Business Resilience Manager, you will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Business Unit’s resilience framework, covering Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), operational security, fraud prevention and control, business continuity planning and testing, as well as support for the BU’s IMCR program.
In this role, you will act as a key guardian of business resilience, ensuring that risks are properly identified, assessed, and mitigated. You will collaborate across the organization to protect our people, assets, and operations, while applying the Group’s standardized methodologies and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
You can be successful in this role if you:
Drive a strong culture of risk management, business resilience, and fraud prevention across the BU; Lead key resilience processes — from risk assessments and the monthly Risk Register Review to annual BU risk evaluations; Enhance and standardize business continuity, security, and fraud prevention practices; Act as the IMCR ambassador, ensuring our BU is fully prepared for any crisis scenario; Build impactful fraud prevention programs and lead investigations when needed; Monitor the risk and threat landscape, turning insights into clear actions for leadership; Deliver concise, data-driven resilience reports and KPIs to support strategic decision-making; Develop strong external partnerships with security, risk, and regulatory experts that elevate our resilience capabilities.Our new team member needs to:
Have proven experience in risk management, security, business resilience, or related fields (FMCG, industrial or multinational environments are a plus); Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information and provide actionable recommendations; Demonstrate strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and business continuity standards; Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels; Be able to manage sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality; Be adept at building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies; Have strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities; Be a self-starter with a high level of ownership, accountability, and resilience; Have proficiency in MS Office and risk/security-relevant tools; Have a fluent level of English; Be responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.How we will support you:
