Position: D&IT Business Solution Analyst

                                 D&IT Business Solution Analyst

Do you have a passion for data, a strong analytical mindset, and a drive to turn raw information into actionable business insights?

We are looking for an IT Data Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This role is essential in managing and optimizing data pipelines, transforming data, analytics solutions, and reporting systems to support key business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure efficient data processing, integration, and visualization.

If you have experience with Azure data services (Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics), data pipeline management, SQL, SSIS, and Power BI, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and architecture within Azure

Develop data models that support functional business requirements

Identify, design, and implement process improvements for data workflows

Manage and analyze large datasets using Microsoft Azure data services to support business decision-making

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and support their data infrastructure needs

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across different systems

Assist in data visualization and reporting using Power BI or other BI tools

Work closely with IT and business teams to optimize data-driven solutions and provide support for existing applications and solutions

 Requirements:

3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science

Hands-on experience with Azure data services (ADF, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics)

Proven experience in designing and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS and SQL

Familiarity with data warehouse principles and best practices for data integration

Strong analytical skills, particularly in working with structured and unstructured data

Experience with big data tools (e.g. Spark)
