Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, fluently in both French and English. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or related roles. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are highly desired. Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model. Experience working with CPG industry. Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase Salesforce solutions. Ability to make informed technical decisions and recommendations based on business requirements and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations on Salesforce solutions and best practices. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and quality assurance analysts, to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct workshops, presentations, and demos to showcase Salesforce capabilities and solutions to clients. Design and architect Salesforce solutions in collaboration with the development team Lead the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, development, and integration. Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices. Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks in project implementations. Promote the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients. Be prepared to work onsite in the customer's office several days a month, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
