What you need to get this job:

3+ years of experience in the role of Business Analyst;Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification;Experience leading a team of analysts, preferably on multiple projects;Good knowledge of business analysis processes and technics;Knowledge of SDLC and Agile principles and experience in Agile methodologies;English: Upper-Intermediate;Problem-solving and critical thinking.As a plus: Certified Business Analisis Professional

Responsibilities:

Establish the right processes in the BA team, defining best practicesProvide timely and detailed feedback for team members and help in preparation and control of execution of their PDPMaintain standards for business and system analysis, including key processes, best practices, frameworks, metrics, techniques, templates, and toolsBe a liaison between the technical team and internal business units and clientContinuously improve business analysis processes within the company віддалена
