Because we believe that better health and productivity starts with the food we consume, so we have built the world’s largest database mapping food to their nutrient count and a platform to allow employees and employers to access these high-nutrient food items.

Are you a seasoned Technical Business Analyst with a passion for eCommerce? We’re in search of a talented individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll become a pivotal bridge between our IT and business teams, deciphering intricate business requirements and transforming them into practical and efficient system solutions.

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Analysis: Your primary responsibility will be to dissect and meticulously document business processes. Your keen insights will be used to translate these business requirements into both functional and non-functional specifications;Project Collaboration: Effective collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to delineate the project’s scope, define objectives, and establish deliverables. Your ability to bring different perspectives together will be invaluable;Development Partnership: Ensuring that requirements are well understood by the development team is essential. You’ll facilitate effective communication to ensure solutions align perfectly with business objectives;Quality Assurance: Rigorous testing is vital to our success. You’ll conduct meticulous testing to confirm that the system functions as expected, addressing any issues that may arise;User Training and Support: Sharing your expertise with end users is part of the role. You’ll provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition to new systems and processes.

Requirements:

Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field lays the foundation for success in this role;3 years of experience on BA position;eCommerce Expertise: Your experience as a Technical Business Analyst within the eCommerce industry is crucial. You should have a strong grasp of eCommerce platforms and the technologies that drive them;Analytical Acumen: Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to tackle complex problems and make informed decisions;Communication Mastery: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will empower you to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;English Upper-Intermediate;Work time 11:00-19:00.
