The product that needs your engagement

As a part of our Core Business Unit, you will be engaged in working with various product lines of our company.

Core BU is a fundamental group of service departments that helps to manage smooth and seamless work of all other business units, departments and teams, being a glue that holds us together.

Devart team as a key member of our finance team, so you’ll play a vital role in shaping our company’s financial future. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to smooth operations, insightful financial planning, and overall business growth.

The impact you will make

Provide day-to-day legal support for business operations. Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements (B2B, NDA, FOP) and corporate documents. Ensure compliance with Diia.City requirements, GDPR, and data protection regulations. Monitor legislative changes and implement necessary updates for the business. Prepare internal communications and guidelines on key legal topics for teams and contractors. Provide legal support for Ukrainian and international entities, including communication with foreign banks, service providers, and counterparties. Advise on corporate and tax law matters, including investment structuring. Protect company IP rights (trademarks, copyrights, licensing). Collaborate with other departments to resolve legal issues and ensure smooth operations.

What we’re looking for

Master’s degree in Law. 2+ years of professional legal experience (preferably in IT, technology, or international business environment). Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and basics of international law. Experience in drafting and negotiation of various commercial contracts (B2B, NDA, FOP agreements). Knowledge of Diia.City requirements, GDPR, and data protection regulations. Experience with corporate and tax law advisory, investment structuring. Experience working with foreign clients, banks, auditors, and consultants. Understanding of IP rights (trademarks, copyrights, licensing). English — Upper-Intermediate (including legal drafting and communication). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and proactively.
