Now we’re looking for a Head of Product to drive growth, product value, and strategic execution across our flagship product line — dbForge.
Your mission
You’ll lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery — working closely with engineering, marketing, and sales to improve product performance, user adoption, and market position.
Your responsibilities
Define and evolve product strategy, roadmap, and pricing models. Prioritize initiatives based on impact, user needs, and business goals. Drive execution with cross-functional teams (PM, engineering, marketing). Build a strong product analytics system and measure performance. Ensure product scalability, UX quality, and high delivery standards. Support GTM and sales with positioning, demos, and customer feedback loops.We’re looking for someone who
Has 5+ years of experience with relational DBs (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). Knows how to lead cross-functional teams and scale product operations. Has experience in product & engineering leadership, including CI/CD, SDLC, desktop software (Windows). Can connect tech and business strategy, make data-driven decisions. Brings strong product thinking, UX understanding, and a growth mindset.Would be a plus: experience in a Head of Product / Product Lead role; knowledge of software architecture; experience with complex desktop systems.
