Impact you will make
Prepare regular, ad-hoc, and research Excel reports based on SQL data. Collaborate with the Mobile Data Analyst to build reports for deeper data insights. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using generated reports. Develop and configure customer and driver funnels using Viber, SMS, in-app messages, email, and push notifications. Test and optimize communication funnels through A/B testing (message content, timing, promo offers). Measure the performance of each funnel stage (conversion rate, transition percentage, completed rides). Implement automated communication management solutions (CRM, promo codes, campaign reminders). Monitor and improve automation processes, ensuring all scenarios work as intended. Calculate and forecast promo campaign budgets based on past campaign analysis. Initiate and execute promotional activities to boost engagement among clients and drivers. Develop driver retention programs (challenges, promotions, reactivation initiatives). Create customer retention strategies (reactivation campaigns, personalized offers for key cohorts). Track key retention metrics: churn rate, repeating orders, growth rate. Prepare campaign performance reports with channel analysis, ROI, CAC, and LTV metrics. Generate data-driven recommendations for the marketing team. Control expenses and identify ways to optimize budgets.Skills we are looking for
Experience
1–3 years in a similar position within a company.Technical and professional skills
Advanced SQL user (experience writing complex queries). Proficiency with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics). Experience handling large datasets and performing audience segmentation. Familiarity with CRM systems and communication automation tools. Skills in building and optimizing sales funnels. Understanding how to manage Viber, SMS, email, and push campaigns. Experience in setting up and testing automated workflows. Ability to integrate new marketing tools into existing business processes. Experience in organizing and maintaining creative asset storage (Google Drive, Figma, internal servers). Ability to plan and measure performance metrics (reach, conversion, ROI). Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking performance against plans.Soft skills
