Job Title: Marketing Executive – Primary Care
Location: London – On site 2-3 days per week
Contract: Permanent
Full-Time: (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Starting from £31,280
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who is passionate about marketing, proactive in their approach, and confident engaging with stakeholders across the business. This isn’t just about technical skills — we want personable people who bring enthusiasm, curiosity, and confidence in representing HCA UK.
The Corporate & Primary Care Marketing Executive role supports the planning, delivery and optimisation of marketing activity across corporate health services and primary care, helping to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
This is a varied role delivering integrated marketing activity across multiple channels for business decision‑makers, employee audiences and individual consumers. Working closely with the Head of Corporate & Primary Care Marketing and the Marketing Manager, you’ll support the planning, development and execution of initiatives across B2B, B2B2C and B2C pathways. You’ll help shape and position our primary care and corporate health propositions, develop compelling messaging, and prepare clear briefs for internal teams and agency partners, ensuring all output meets brand, regulatory and clinical standards. The role also involves regular engagement with GPs, clinical and operational leaders, corporate sales teams and wider internal stakeholders.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience across content creation, stakeholder engagement, project management and campaign delivery, while building a strong understanding of primary care, corporate healthcare and private medical services within a regulated healthcare environment.
Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life. It’s this guiding vision that influences everything we do at HCA UK. From the CEO to the colleagues on the floor we all have a part to play in delivering exceptional care to our patients. Others may think this is just a role in our Marketing team, but to us, you’ll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives daily.
What you’ll do:
Produce high-quality content for B2B, B2B2C and B2C audiences, including employee-facing materials, corporate marketing assets, service descriptions, campaign messaging, blog articles and ghost-written thought leadership.
Develop content that supports corporate sales conversations, employee engagement initiatives and direct-to-consumer acquisition across primary care and related services.
Work with other marketers to ideate and deliver content for social media channels, adapting tone and messaging for professional, employee and consumer audiences, and supporting the posting schedule.
Work closely with the in-house studio to brief and deliver creative assets that promote services across digital, print and in-clinic environments.
Support the delivery of targeted, multi-channel campaigns, from ideation and planning through to execution and post-campaign evaluation.
Assist with product and proposition development, helping define and refine primary care and corporate health offerings for different audience segments.
Monitor engagement and performance metrics using department dashboards, contributing to reporting and insight generation for senior stakeholders.
Support the coordination of meetings, events, workshops, webinars, videography and photoshoots, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with objectives.
Maintain website content, service pages and GP profiles, ensuring accuracy, consistency and SEO best practice.
Track deadlines, manage workstreams and support the timely delivery of marketing activity across multiple stakeholders.
Support brand, service and clinical positioning, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
What you’ll bring:
Passion for marketing and a proactive mindset.
Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship management skills.
A team player with enthusiasm, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
The ability to take ownership, work autonomously and deliver work of a high standard.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Educated to Degree level in Marketing or equivalent experience.
