Join Visa and do work that matters — to you, to your community, and to the world.Progress starts with you.Job DescriptionMarketing Services Manager is a client-facing role within Visa Marketing Services in CISSEE, focused on delivering strategic, insight-led marketing advisory engagements for key banking partners across the region.The role supports clients in addressing business growth, brand positioning, customer engagement and marketing transformation challenges, including the practical application of AI-enabled marketing approaches.This role reports to the Marketing Services Director in CISSEE.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and lead strategic marketing advisory projects for financial institution, fintech clients, aligned with client business priorities and Visa’s regional objectivesDevelop structured, insight-driven recommendations based on consumer and market research, payments expertise, competitive analysis, and data-informed thinkingIdentify market opportunities by tracking payment trends, cardholder behavior and competitive dynamics, translating insights into forward-looking strategic recommendationsContribute to the design of bespoke, long-term marketing and growth programs aimed at accelerating client business performanceClient Engagement & Thought LeadershipPrepare and deliver client-ready strategic presentations for senior stakeholders, including CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Product and Business LeadsAct as a key contributor in senior client discussions, helping translate complex topics into clear, actionable marketing and business recommendationsSupport client pitches and growth initiatives, contributing to strategic narratives and value propositions, including VIK (Value-in-Kind) opportunitiesPosition Visa as a marketing and payments expert by sharing deep understanding of consumer trends, industry developments and best practicesInnovation & AI EnablementApply AI and advanced marketing technologies as part of strategy development, supporting clients in understanding practical use cases and implications for marketing effectivenessContribute to the advancement of AI-led marketing capabilities within Visa Marketing Services through thought leadership, client education and participation in the development of new service offeringsIntroduce emerging trends, technologies and innovative approaches to help clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving marketing and payments landscapeCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with internal Visa stakeholders to ensure integrated, insight-driven client solutionsSupport the successful delivery of strategic initiatives in partnership with delivery teams, ensuring alignment with client objectivesThis is a hybrid position. QualificationsBasic Qualifications:5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications:6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD5–8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, marketing consulting, business consulting, or marketing roles with a strong strategic and client-facing focus, solid digital marketing experience is a plus.Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in business, marketing, strategy or a related field is preferredProven experience working with large enterprise clients, preferably within banking, fintech, financial services or payments ecosystemsDemonstrated experience applying data-driven and AI-enabled approaches in marketing strategy development, customer engagement, personalization, analytics, or decision-making processesStrong background in marketing strategy, consumer insights and advanced analytics, with the ability to translate data and AI outputs into clear business recommendationsSolid understanding of AI technologies and use cases relevant to marketing (e.g. generative AI, automation, predictive analytics, personalization tools), and their impact on marketing effectiveness and organizational workflowsStrategic & Consulting SkillsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and develop clear, actionable recommendationsConsulting-oriented mindset with a focus on business impactClient Engagement & CommunicationConfidence working with senior client stakeholders, including CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Product and Business LeadsExperience preparing and delivering clear, compelling presentations and strategic narrativesStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills in client-facing environmentsExceptional verbal communication skills in English, with confidence leading discussions, workshops and Q&A sessions with senior audiencesInnovation & AI EnablementSolid understanding of how AI, data and emerging technologies are transforming marketing, with the ability to apply this thinking in client projectsCuriosity and passion for innovation, trends and future-facing marketing approachesAbility to translate complex or technical topics into accessible business languageWays of WorkingStrong self-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallelCollaborative team player, comfortable working across multifunctional and multicultural teamsProactive, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWillingness and flexibility to travel in line with business needs and Visa safety and security policiesAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
