Schneider Electric in Ukraine is looking for a talented B2B channel manager to strengthen its marketing team in Kyiv. The scope of this position is the local Ukrainian market of distribution channels (Wholesale Distribution, Professional retailers, DIY stores, Electricians, and E-commerce). The channel manager will be part of the marketing team and will be responsible for all the customer-related marketing activities of the team and channels of his/her scope. The channel manager will report in a matrix organization, to the country marketing director, and to Central East European Zone channel marketing leader. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement channel-specific marketing strategies and activities aligned with business goals (events, promotions, trainings, communication campaign) Participate in annual marketing planning and execution related to customer channels. Contribute to the definition of commercial policies, including customer segmentation, discount structures, and performance bonuses. Map customer journeys and identify key touchpoints to influence decision-making. Customer mapping and Go To Market Animate customer groups through online and offline engagement, including those outside of direct sales coverage. Introduce tools and processes that enhance customer interaction with the brand; collecting feedback from partners and initiate improvements in support programs. Work closely with sales channels, product and other marketing functions to reach strategic goals, support customer development and ensure seamless execution of channel programs; Participate in the development and implementation of initiatives covering multiple channels simultaneously. Develop and lead distribution channels programs (DO, Pro-Retailers, Electricians, DIY, E-commerce) Support Digital Platforms (keep information up to date in se_chatbot: adding new product references, product groups, prices, and stock availability; maintaining the Partnerse.pro platform: updating data, creating upload files, API integration, and resolving technical issues). Monitor pricing conditions and margin performance across customer categories. Define KPIs, measure channel performance, and implement corrective actions Forecast and report on channel sales and marketing ROI Collect and analyze sell-out reports, support report integration via API. Develop and implement training programs for channel partners. Educate internal teams on channel strategy, tools, and customer engagement models. Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and customer data to optimize strategies. Define and explain the value of working with Schneider Electric Candidate Requirement High Education degree in Engineering or Marketing or Business Administration or Economics, or related field. 4 years of experience in B2B marketing or channel management. Understanding of electrical market and products is a plus Ability to develop and execute channel-specific marketing strategies. Familiarity with digital platforms and API integration is a plus Strong analytical skills Strategic thinking with a result-oriented approach High level of self-organisation and accountability. Adaptability and openness to innovation. Stress resistant and ability to work under pressure English proficiency at minimum B2 level. What do we offer?
