Шукаємо інтернет-маркетолога з досвідом у Acqusition для реалізації стратегії: пошук та тестування нових каналів комунікації, генерація гіпотез, управління, розвиток та оптимізація існуючих каналів залучення, розробка нових воронок, реалізація інших задач з командою маркетингу.
Ціль позиції: збільшувати к-сть клієнтів, які купують в період 0-14 днів.
Твої скіли: Досвід роботи в Digital Marketing від 1 року.Досвід запуску нових послуг.Вміння працювати з запуском або роботи з рекламними кампаніями Facebook, Google Ads.Навички роботи з аналітикою в Google Analytics, розуміння метрик маркетингу.Досвід постановки ТЗ на посадкові сторінки.Комунікація з копірайтерами, дизайнерами та розробниками.Базове розуміння SEO.Уважність. Будь-яка помилка, деталь, дрібниця можуть звести конверсію до 0.Цілеспрямованість. Вміння доводити розпочате до кінця, не помічаючи перепон.Самоорганізованість. Вміння працювати в умовах багатозадачності без необхідності постійних нагадувань.Швидкість. Вміння швидко та з мінімальними ресурсами протестувати ідею, зробити висновки.Креативність: пошук нестандартних рішень та побудови гіпотез на основі аналітики. Команда чекає від тебе: Розробки гіпотез та нових воронок залучень клієнтів.Аналітики гіпотез та масштабування.Роботи з підрядниками над органічною видачею (SEO).Контролю підрядників з платною рекламою.Комунікації з партнерами про розміщення реклами.Регулярної взаємодії з відділом продажу та впливом на виконання планів продажу.
