Digital Solutions Associate

At JTI we create, test and introduce new and innovative products aimed at reducing potential risks (heated tobacco products, e-cigarettes and nicotine pouches). They are essential to our business sustainability. Join us in making a significant impact on our sustainability efforts. 

The Digital Solutions Associate contributes to the development and evolution of digital capabilities that meet cross-functional needs, and collects and consolidates requirements to support the rollout of new features, ensuring a smooth and consistent omnichannel experience. The role ensures adherence to data standards and takes ownership of incident resolution processes and supports reporting activities that drive effective performance monitoring.
