Sales Associate

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about building strong customer relationships, executing strategic initiatives with excellence, and consistently exceeding sales targets. Position:

• Achieve monthly business objectives and volume targets as per regional commitments

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver strategic company programs effectively

• Ensure excellent visibility, listing, availability, and pricing of products within the territory

• Accurately record daily field activities and promptly update data for strategic planning

• Manage stock and cash sales adhering to company policies to maximize distribution and avoid stockouts

• Identify and report new growth opportunities to the sales team regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the FMCG sector, a driver's license is required

• Matric certificate; tertiary qualification (business diploma/degree) or currently studying is preferred

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

• Sound knowledge in Afrikaans

• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using digital tools for reporting and data management
