M&S Reporting Specialist

 

 

About the position:

As Marketing & Sales (M&S) Reporting Specialist,  S/he will be responible in generating Strategic Insights, Operational, and OneData reporting supporting different markets, migrating activities from assigned markets to the Global Business Service (GBS) Center, performing controls and quality checking activities to ensure the reports of GBS meet the requirements of stakeholders as defined in the Service Level Targets (SLTs). S/he will also take part in Continuous Improvement projects aiming to standardize, simplify and make processes more efficient. S/he is be expected to actively participate in various engagement and personal & career development activities rolled out within the team and the GBS center. 

Main areas of responsibility:

Generating and analyzing reports for the Marketing - Strategic Insights (SI) team based in the markets - these reports help stakeholders create actions to help achieve company business goals and targetsEnsuring completeness of documentations such as Desktop Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).Implementing Continuous improvement initiatives to make current reporting processes more efficient and accurateAiding Center Process Manager (CPM) in reviewing new market requests Performing quality checks via control points to ensure accuracy of reports delivered by GBSManaging various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request

Requirements:

Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing basics, Commerce, Mathematics, StatisticsWith 1-2 years relevant experience in FMCG, BPO/Shared Service Center Experience or any related industryStrong command of English Language (fluent oral and written)Good communication skills - this person will be talking to Marketing Directors / SI managersPresentation SkillsMS Office (Advanced Excel and PPT)Power BI would be an advantageAutomation / Macro / SAP /SQL would be an advantag
