By combining the smart use of AI and automation with a human-centred approach, we deliver genuinely tailored recruitment solutions.Our ambition is to become a trusted long-term recruitment partner for our clients while maintaining a professional, ethical, and people-first approach to candidates.The RoleThis is a sales-led, growth-focused role for someone with experience in 360 recruitment who is ready to move into a broader Sales & Marketing position.You will play a key role in:Developing new partnerships and managing client relationships in the UK marketBuilding and promoting our brand, including ownership of our social media presenceSupporting recruitment delivery, including candidate screening, interviews, client communication, and follow-upsWhat You’ll Be Doing Driving new business development and managing UK-based client relationships Owning and growing our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) Planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns to increase visibility, credibility, and lead generation Supporting recruitment delivery when required (screening, interviews, and client discussions) Assisting with internal hiring as the business grows Working closely with the founder to develop growth strategies and track performance using CRM toolsWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in 360 recruitment (ideally within Food & Beverage, FMCG, or Supply Chain/Logistics)Strong digital literacy in recruitment and sales tools (ATS, CRM systems, and AI-enabled features)Confident B2B sales capability, including client acquisition and relationship managementExperience using social media and digital marketing to support business growthExcellent English (written and spoken), suitable for UK client-facing communicationAn entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, resilient, ambitious, and hands-onAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environmentWhat We Offer A fully remote role with flexibility, where work–life balance is actively supported Long-term growth and progression as the company scales A collaborative environment where your ideas, initiative, and impact genuinely matterOpportunity to learn: on choice courses  Base salary of GBP 350–GBP 600 per month + commission
