On behalf of our client, a leading global medical technology company, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the Commercial Manager position.The Commercial Manager role is a newly created position with country?level commercial ownership. This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a unified commercial function in Ukraine, with direct impact on market strategy and patient access.This position is in Kyiv, Ukraine. BACKGROUND, REQUIRED SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:University degree: Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Business.Experience: Minimum 5 years in the pharmaceutical/medical business, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.Team Leadership: Proven track record in effective sales team leadership and management (commercial operations).Distributor Management: Experience in building effective partnerships and managing relationships with distributors.Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of public procurement (tenders) and retail sales of medicines/medical devices in Ukraine.Business trips: Willingness to travel frequently within Ukraine.Languages: Upper-Intermediate English is required.Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities; proven ability to foster high-trust relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Development and maintenance of relationships with distributors in the cluster: conducting negotiations, supporting the selection process, auditing and verification, contract management.Cooperation with external stakeholders, including national and regional authorities (Ministry of Health of Ukraine, local health authorities, state institutions). Management of product orders. Preparation of recommendations on the volume of orders. Control the stock of the product in distributors' warehouses to ensure market demand. Implementation of monthly/quarterly/annual sales plan. Ensuring a continuous planning process, including the formation of monthly and annual sales forecasts for each product to ensure product access for customers. Interaction with planning and logistics departments to ensure the availability of products in accordance with orders. Control and management of regional tenders in Ukraine.Interaction with purchasing organizations of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and ensuring the company's participation in announced tenders, including preparation of documentation, price offers, execution and signing of contracts based on tender results, placing an order for product production.Management of the discount/bonus model.Formation of a sales base “sales out” based on distributors' reports by region, sales analysis. Registration/declaration of prices in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Manage the development and implementation of plans for product promotion in the territory in accordance with the global business strategy and marketing plans.Manage and develop Sales Team through effective recruitment and hiring, planning the organizational structure of the team, its development and provision with the necessary resources and equipment.Ensure that the subordinate sales team focuses on clearly set goals, defined together with the marketing team, in order to implement an effective product promotion campaign.COMPENSATION PACKAGE & CONDITIONS Professional development and the opportunity to realize your potential in a flexible, friendly global working environment.Competitive remuneration and a corporate bonus scheme.Insurance, fitness compensation, and meal compensation.Company car and other necessary tools for effective work.Hybrid working format.Employee reservation available.
