Behind them stands the solid foundation of VIPCEM quality.From bridges to housing developments, from logistics hubs to modern manufacturing sites — we help build the future of Ukraine with every ton of cement delivered.VIPCEM — powered by global experience, built for Ukraine.Learn more about CRH and VIPCEM through the links: www.vipcem.com.ua www.crh.comIf you are interested in professional growths and career development within a big multinational company, join our team.We are looking for a Talent Manager.Responsibilities:Lead, coordinate, and support all training, development, and career planning initiatives.Identify capability gaps, design development programs, and implement learning opportunities that drive both personal and professional growth.Oversee the Succession Planning process and partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and implement appropriate development actions.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for all development-related activities.Conduct employee assessments, including competency evaluations, performance reviews, and potential analysis.Provide feedback and recommendations to managers based on assessment outcomes.Work with HR analytics: monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and identify root causes to recommend solutions.Ensure effective internal communication and promote a consistent information flow across teams.Develop, maintain, and apply assessment tools and methodologies.Collaborate with external training providers when needed.Reporting to:HR DirectorSuccessful candidates should meet the following requirementsUniversity degree (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field). At least 5 years of  proven experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, or related HR functions. English proficiency: Upper- Intermediate level or higher.
