This is a unique opportunity to participate in the building of processes, grow professionally, and work with exciting vacancies!Responsibilities— Search for candidates using different sources and tools (IT and non-IT vacancies);— Negotiation with potential candidates, screen CVs;— Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews;— Ensure the proper interviewing process for candidates and feedback delivery;— Manage and develop relationships with candidates, maintain a database of candidates;— Create job offers.Qualifications— 2+ years of recruitment experience (game dev will be a plus);— Experience with various recruiting technologies;— Excellent communication skills, negotiation and objection-handling skills;— Good understanding of the IT job market and familiarity with technical terminology;— Attention to detail, flexibility, ability to work and learn at a fast pace;— At least Upper — Intermediate English level.About UsFounded in 2004, Virtuos is one of the largest independent video game development companies.
