Medical education is not required — strong communication skills, sales mindset, and result orientation matter most.Responsibilities:Achieve monthly sales targets and financial KPIs.Manage the full client journey — from the first inquiry to deal closure.Communicate with clients via chat, phone, and email.Work with a CRM system: process leads and keep client profiles up to date.Collaborate closely with the team and Team Lead to maximize results.We expect:Proven experience in sales (B2C or B2B).English and Arabic B2 or higher.Experience working with CRM systems.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Empathy and the ability to work with different client types, including emotional or challenging ones.Proactivity, strong result orientation, and motivation to grow financially and professionally.Flexibility to contact clients outside standard working hours when needed.We offer:Fixed salary + bonus system — uncapped income.Remote work with a flexible schedule.Work with hot leads only.Structured onboarding and ongoing support from a Team Lead and the team.Clear opportunities for professional and financial growth.If you’re ready to sell, achieve results, and earn based on your performance, Bookimed is waiting for you!
