About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts in the defense sector. This role will focus on driving business growth, building long-term relationships with key government stakeholders, and shaping our go-to-market strategy for UAV and related defense technologies. The Head of Sales will manage the sales team, oversee all defense contracting activities, and represent the company at the highest levels of negotiation and partnership.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Ukrainian defense sector, with a focus on UAV systems and related technologies

• Build and maintain high-level relationships with government stakeholders (Ministry of Defense, General Staff of the Armed Forces, State Defense Procurement Agency, Ministry of Strategic Industries)

• Oversee and guide the sales team in managing proposals, technical specifications, and contracting processes

• Lead high-stakes negotiations for large-scale defense contracts and framework agreements

• Ensure alignment with production, R&D, and testing teams to meet customer requirements, including during military trials

• Represent the company at defense exhibitions, industry events, and international forums

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory updates to inform business development strategy

• Report directly to the MD Ukraine, providing forecasts, pipeline updates, and insights into government procurement priorities

What you bring to the team:

• Proven experience in defense sales, government contracting, or military procurement (preferably in UAVs, aerospace, or related tech)

• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian defense ecosystem and government procurement procedures

• Established network within MoD, General Staff, and defense procurement agencies is a strong advantage

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to lead and mentor a team while managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects

• Military service background or prior work with defense customers is highly desirable

• Fluent in Ukrainian and English; additional languages are a plus
