We are looking for Key Accounts Engagement Manager to join our team business development team. The pipeline of potential prospects includes enterprise-size, Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, and requires direct interaction with clients’ top executives and decision-making stakeholders. KAEM shall strongly drive sales process, get things done with regards to final sales deliverables, support sales company standards and practices, maintain selling behaviors, create positive work climate and foster accounts growth and further development.
Duties and responsibilities:
Strong sales process management within the assigned sales team, internal and external stakeholders; building sales strategy, it’s execution and monitoringFull responsibility over the conversion rate and deal closure. Evaluate sales goals and achieve sales resultsStrong sales risks identification and escalation; ability to advise and execute risk mitigation planWork in tight partnership with N-iX leadership in execution of company’s strategy and maximizing opportunitiesOverseeing and participation in the contract negotiation processSales artifacts preparation ,continuous pitching to clients, understanding win theme to close a deal, travel onsite if needed to close an opportunityParticipate in events and host potential customers at N-iX Colombia locationQualification:
Min 5-6 years total working in sales direction/or in delivery on a customer-facing role (directly involved in customer communication, qualification, needs understanding, able to construct clear messages and work on sales strategy within presales team, understanding what sales artifacts are, able to learn and navigate company's portfolio of clients and services)Experience in sales/business development in IT outsourcing or professional services companiesM.S./M.A. degree. Additional courses or education is a plus. Abroad studies is a plusEnglish - advanced; Other foreign language is a plusExcellent deep knowledge of software life cycles (SDLC), software engineering methodologies and frameworks, how IT outsourcing works, cooperation and billing modelsDistinguished level of competence in customer needs identification, deal qualification and customer focus. Superior in establishing relationships with key stakeholders of the clientUnderstand company priorities from the perspective of strategies, goals and terms and conditions on which cooperation setup must be implementedAble to act as independent stakeholder from N-iX side to close the deal if necessaryExperience working with enterprise sales, procurement and legalDistinguished skills in negotiations (including ability to speak of N-iX contract, pricing and other terms with client, conduct negotiations, identify risks)Superior skills in emotional intelligenceStrong focus on result and prioritizationSuperior correspondence skillsStrong project management and risk management skillsTime management and self-organization skillsAvailable for travelWe offer*:
