40% of inbound calls in real estate are missed outside working hours. Salesmate.pro solves this problem by answering calls, understanding client needs, and offering relevant property listings — ensuring no opportunity is ever lost.

The Role

As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for introducing Salesmate.pro to real estate agencies, building initial interest, and scheduling demo calls with our founders.

Your tasks will include:
• Calling real estate agencies from our provided leads list
• Presenting Salesmate.pro using our proven scripts
• Handling basic objections with confidence
• Scheduling demo Zoom calls for the founders to close the deal

Work Schedule:
• 5 days a week
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (New York time)
• This corresponds to 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Kyiv time

Your main KPI: the number of qualified demos booked each week.

Compensation & Growth
• Base Salary: $800-1100;/month (depending on performance)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 400$/month based on the number of qualified demo calls scheduled
• Total On-Target Compensation (OTC): $1000-1500/month, with potential to exceed targets

Who We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in sales or cold calling (real estate experience is a plus)
• Confident communicator with clear English
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited to work in a startup environment
• Comfortable working EST time
