В Адміністративному відділі як Асистент з ведення платежів та рахунків ви будете відповідати за виставлення рахунків, підготовку первинної документації, координацію оплат рахунків субпідрядникам та здійснення контролю за виконанням платіжних зобов'язань.
Обов'язки:
Виставлення рахунків для клієнтів в 1с
Підготовка актів виконаних робіт та контроль за відповідністю документів вимогам фінансового відділу
Обробка рахунків субпідрядників, підготовка необхідних для оплати документів
Ведення обліку документів у внутрішній системі контролю та проведення рахунків/платежів Mercury
Комунікація з відділами компанії з питань, пов’язаних з виставленням рахунків (отримання необхідної /додаткової інформації, отримання внутрішніх погоджень, перевірка даних тощо)
Вимоги:
Обов'язково мати базові знання первинної документації, навички роботи з документами
Вільне володіння грамотною письмовою англійською мовою на рівні В2 та вище
Грамотна українська мова
Бажано мати досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді (бухгалтер, адміністратор, робота з платежами) від 1 року
Перебування на території України
Готовність до рутинної, спокійної та стабільної роботи
Бажано знання 1С, Mercury, Outlook
