Join one of the world's leading vegetable seed companies and help drive operations and digital customer experience in Ukraine, Mala Oleksandrivka (near Kyiv).Your job at Rijk Zwaan:As a Management Assistant you will support the Managing Director in coordinating the operations of our Ukrainian subsidiary and take ownership of Ukrainian digital sales channel – the Rijk Zwaan Ukraine web shop.You will manage a complex agenda and travel logistics. You will be the first point of contact acting as a liaison between the Managing Director and his direct reports. You will attend the meetings and provide backup support, tracking key deliverables, ensuring timely completion of outstanding tasks.From Ukrainian side you will be driving the maintenance of the Rijk Zwaan web shop. You will be the first point of contact for customers who use RZ web shop. You will engage in Q&A sessions to improve web shop functionality, and you will implement updates related to the web shop. Participation in international Digital Teams meetings will be also part of the job.Your ContributionYou are structured, pro-active and digitally confident professional. You combine excellent administrative skills with a keen interest in e-commerce and customer experience. Comfortable in an international setting, you adhere to the highest ethical standards. You are a team-player with assertive communication skills.Moreover, we can find in your cv:a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Languages or related field; 3+ years of experience in administrative support, customer services or e-commerce roles;upper-intermediate level of English language;experience with various CRM systems and online platforms.
