Job Description

We are looking for a Program Assistant who is detail-oriented, highly organized and possesses excellent communication skills to assist in coordinating project activities, managing documentation, and supporting the project team in delivering successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Assist PMO and Delivery in administrative tasks, communication and cooperation with other departmentsCraft and maintain project documentationPrepare presentations and other communication materials for project stakeholdersFacilitate project meetings, including scheduling, taking minutes, and ensuring action items are assigned and trackedPrepare and analyze financial documentation

Qualifications

Good oral and written English (upper-intermediate and higher level is required).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (use of formulas, pivot tables).Organizational skills: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace is essential. Attention to detail: for handling sensitive project information and completing tasks with accuracy. Strong work ethic: a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to a fast-paced environment.Teamwork: The ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, IT specialists, and other team members is essential. Basic understanding of IT project, service, and product management methodologies.
