Твої скіли:
1. Навички роботи з CRM та Google Suite, в особливості Google Sheets.
2. Наявність комунікативних та аналітичних здібностей.
3. Вміння працювати в команді та ефективно керувати своїм часом.
Буде плюсом:
1. Володіння англійською від рівня Intermediate.
Команда чекає від тебе:
1. Підтримувати відділ продажів повсякденною оперативною та операційною діяльністю.
2. Брати участь в оновленні інформації в CRM-системі та зборі даних про продаж.
3. Створювати звіти, шаблони та мануали.
4. Взаємодіяти з іншими відділами та співробітниками для забезпечення узгодженої роботи.
Ми пропонуємо:
1. Фіксовану ставку за підсумками співбесіди.
2. Гнучкий графік роботи з можливістю починати робочий день з 8:00 до 10:00, та завершувати з 17:00 до 19:00.
3. Можливість працювати в офісі у Києві, Одесі, Харкові чи віддалено.
4. Оплачувана відпустка у розмірі 24-х календарних днів з дотриманням державних свят, оплачувані лікарняні.
5. Відвідування профільних конференцій за рахунок компанії (ми оплачуємо до 50% вартості навчання), а також участь у конференціях та семінарах організатором яких є Netpeak Group.
6. Систему гейміфікації, мемогенератор, внутрішню валюту (нетпікси) та магазин «Netpeak Store» з мерчем, літературою та технікою.
7. Індивідуальна та групова робота з корпоративним психологом.
8. Користування преміум-версіями штучних інтелектів.
