Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Sales/Account Manager KSA onsite to join its team.

Responsibilities

Creating and executing regional sales strategies.Generating leads and developing opportunities from initial qualification to deal closure.Owning the end-to-end sales process; developing tailored proposals and closing high-value deals.Taking over newly signed clients and developing them further through upselling and exceptional service delivery coordination.Ensuring project execution aligns with client expectations; managing escalations and proactively mitigating delivery risks.Handling pricing discussions, renewals, scope changes, and margin management.Conducting regular governance sessions; leading QBRs to ensure satisfaction and surface new opportunities.

Requirements

Experience in combined roles of IT sales and account management for 5+ years.Proven track record of new business wins and long-term client development.Experience in attracting new clients and their long-term development.Excellent understanding of business processes, negotiation skills, and cross-functional coordination.CRM and proposal/RFP process experience.Level of Arabic – Advanced and above.Level of English – Advanced and above.

Desired skills

Strong knowledge of the IT industry and how the major processes function.Technical knowledge with sufficient ability to dig deep into technical aspects of technology.
