Kyivstar is looking for a professional assistant to provide support for our Chief Executive Officer – Oleksandr Komarov. This role combines executive assistant responsibilities with business coordination, analytical support, and exposure to confidential strategic matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Executive & Calendar Management • Full ownership of CEO’s calendar: prioritization, scheduling, and optimization of meetings • Coordination of board meetings, shareholder interactions, and executive committees • Preparation of daily/weekly briefings and agendas • Gatekeeping and prioritization of incoming requests • Travel planning (international & domestic), logistics, visas, and protocol arrangements 2. Strategic & Business Support • Preparation of presentations, briefing notes, analytical summaries, and business correspondence • Follow-up on strategic initiatives and CEO assignments across departments • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring execution discipline • Participation in key meetings; preparation of minutes and action trackers • Support in preparation for negotiations, investor meetings, and public appearances 3. Cross-Functional Coordination • Acting as liaison between CEO and C-level executives • Ensuring alignment of information flows between headquarters, subsidiaries, and partners • Coordinating confidential projects and ad-hoc cross-department initiatives • Maintaining structured documentation and tracking systems 4.
