• Attention to detail and ability to work with documentation
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools
• High level of responsibility and confidentiality
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Strong English level (for written communication and documentation)

Will definitely be a plus: 

• Experience in a technical or engineering environment
• Understanding of basic IT / engineering processes
• Experience working with internal documentation systems (Confluence, Notion, etc.)
• Experience preparing presentations and reports
• Experience in meeting facilitation or coordination
• Experience in an assistant, coordinator, or operations role

• Analyze edge cases and report availability for improvements
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Provide information by answering questions and requests
• Take accurate minutes of meetings
• Help to research and create presentations
• Reply to email, face-to-face inquiries
• Maintain up-to-date employee holiday and birthday records
