Job Title: Logistics Manager
Type: Full-time; Remote
Schedule: US Time zone
We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Logistics Manager to join us on our mission of becoming the #1 Gut Health Brand in the US. This person will own and optimize our end-to-end fulfillment, logistics, and inventory management operations. This role is responsible for ensuring our products move efficiently from our contract manufacturing partners to warehouses, retail partners, ecommerce Channels and direct-to-consumer customers—on time, in full, and at optimal cost. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an efficient multi- tasker with a get-it-done, figure-it-out attitude. They also need to be able to adapt quickly to the changing needs of an evolving e-commerce and retailer’s environment with an exceptional sense of urgency.
What You’ll Do:
Fulfillment & Distribution
● Manage daily operations across 3PLs, fulfillment centers, and distribution partners to ensure accurate, on-time, and in-full order delivery for DTC, retail, ecommerce and wholesale channels
● Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs (OTIF, order accuracy, fill rates, cycle times, cost per unit shipped)
● Resolve fulfillment exceptions, chargebacks, shortages, and customer delivery issues
Inventory Management
● Manage inventory levels for all product lines to ensure in-stock and inventory levels are in line with targets / KPI’s
● Ensure lead times are aligned to enable an optimal flow of inventory into the warehouse and production plan
● Manage inventory planning for launches, promotions, and seasonal demand fluctuations in partnership with Sales and Planning ensuring inventory is accurately planned, supplied on time and in full, and fully compliant with inventory and logistics requirements
● Oversee cycle counts, reconciliations, root cause analysis for variances, and inventory health (aging, expiry, obsolescence)
● Reporting
Logistics & Freight Operations
● Manage inbound and outbound freight from contract manufacturers to warehouses and customers (domestic and international, if applicable)
● Optimize transportation modes, carriers, and routing to balance cost, speed, and service levels
● Oversee freight auditing, billing accuracy, and claims management
Systems & Process Optimization
● Develop a sales and operations planning process to accurately forecast inventory demand
● Develop SOPs, dashboards, and reporting to drive visibility and accountability
● Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, improve service, and scale operations
● Track and report key performance measures (KPIs), consolidate data, and present
results
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with vendor, suppliers, and warehouse foster relationship and be able to hold them accountable as needed
● Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Finance, and Planning teams to support forecasts, promotions, and customer requirements

Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management or related field
- 3-5 years retail or consumer goods experience; online/e-commerce a plus.
- Demand planning skills.
- Proficient with spreadsheets, presentations, and general computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong organization skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills in Ukrainian or Russian is a plus but not required
