On-site presence is essential — you’ll work closely with your mentor and teammates, ensuring fast feedback and real-time learning.This is an ongoing talent pool posting: once a suitable Manual QA trainee role becomes available, we’ll contact shortlisted candidates to join the next wave of talent.RequirementsJoin real-world client projects and assist in manual testing activities.Learn how to design, execute, and document test cases.Work with test management systems and bug tracking tools.Gain hands-on experience under the guidance of a dedicated mentor, learning to identify software defects and ensure product quality.Grow your skills step-by-step with increasing responsibility in test scenarios and project communication.Job responsibilities2nd–4th year student or recent graduate (no previous commercial IT experience required).Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals.Analytical thinking, attention to detail, curiosity about how things work.Upper-Intermediate English or higher.Availability to attend our Lviv office daily for learning and mentoring.What we offerCulture of caring.
