DescriptionTesting of TV streaming applications for an international broadcasting company headquartered in New York, US. The company owns several television channels/brands and has developed state-of-the-art TV streaming applications for Android TV, Android Mobile, iOS, tvOS, Roku, Web, Fire TV platforms, and wants to have a solid QA framework to continuously test these applications.RequirementsWhat we need from this position:Eagerness to learn manual testingGood Requirement analysis skillsGood defects finding and reporting skillsEnglish – Intermediate+Knowledge of testing theory (test types, test cases, bug reports, etc.)Knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and databasesBasic knowledge of hardwareFast learner with strong problem-solving skills, good logical thinkingWillingness to work on a stable long-term projectAble to work from office up to 3 days per weekWould be a plus:Experience with data traffic analyzers (Wireshark, Charles, etc.)Experience with Jira, TestRails/Allure, FigmaJob responsibilitiesWe expect you to do:Manual testing of digital media applications on different platforms (Android TV, Fire TV, Web, iOS, tvOS, Android Mobile, etc.)API Testing using PostmanStatus reportingReview of new features’ requirements, review of test-cases, test-case coverageInvestigating and reporting issuesCommunication with Client on a daily basisConfiguration of test environmentWhat we offerCulture of caring.
