WHAT WILL YOU DO
To develop a deep understanding of our business, you will be immersed into functional areas of Corporate Affairs & Communications, Human resources, Marketing during 3 assignments in over the 2-year program.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum GPA of 3.0 (or equivalent)Less than 2 years of full-time work experience, with strong passion and long-term career orientation in Corporate Affairs and Communication.Fluent in English (spoken & written).Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to digital tools.Willing to relocate within Vietnam or internationally, Vietnamese nationality requiredDemonstrated self-awareness, growth mindset, and strong sense of ownership and resilience. Candidates should also show intellectual curiosity, discipline in their work approach, and adaptability in diverse situations.Strong communication acumen and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and positively influence others with empathy.Capacity for strategic thinking and effective decision-making in communications and public affairs, especially in dynamic and complex environments.SELECTION PROCESS
