                                     NCC Contract Manager

 

 

 

The Network and Communication Center (NCC) Service Delivery function is responsible for delivering Networks and Communications Services worldwide in line with service agreements contracted with third parties and with business expectations. The services include but are not limited to Wide Area Network (WAN), Local Area Network (LAN), and WiFi, Unified Communications, Internet, and related perimeter security services, including Cloud services.

The Contract Manager (CM) supports NCC by providing oversight and governance of outsourced telecom contractual arrangements.  The CM establishes and executes Contract Management activities, including contract changes, issue resolution, and contract clarifications as part of provisioning and delivering the COE’s outsourcing governance shared services model.  The CM is also responsible for ensuring that all the annual Contract Management objectives for the COE are completed and the stakeholders are satisfied with the Contract Management shared services they receive.

Requirements:   

 

Bachelor’s degree requiredFluent English5 years’ experience in Outsourcing and telecom Service Provider Contract Management required (must-have)Background in people management, financial responsibility, negotiations, and business decision-makingConsultative and continuous-improvement focusedGood communication skills to convey overall engagement objectives and maintain open lines of communication between the business and the service providersDecisive yet collaborative leadership style using facilitation skills to resolve issuesDemonstrated ability to influence others without authority in a global and matrixed work environmentAbility to build credibility, garner support, and work effectively with internal stakeholders and divisionsExcellent project management skillsCreative problem-solving and negotiation skillsProven leadership skillsStrong analytic skills Client-service orientedAbility to manage the overall contract management process
