Ingenico is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for Ukraine and the CIS Region to drive commercial growth, manage strategic accounts, and expand Ingenico’s footprint across the region. This role combines new business development, strategic account management, and partnership expansion within the payment’s ecosystem.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, leading commercial engagements, and positioning Ingenico’s hardware, software, and services portfolio to merchants, PSPs, acquirers, and technology partners.
The ideal candidate should be based ideally in Kiev or based closed to Ukraine to be able to travel back and forth to Ukraine
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Execution
Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities with acquirers, banks, PSPs, merchants and system integrators. Promote Ingenico’s full portfolio (payment terminals, SaaS services, estate management, Hardware services, value-added services) through consultative value selling. Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, qualification, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation. Build strong market intelligence: competitors, regulations, customer needs.2. Account Management
Manage and grow existing key accounts across the Ukrainian market and CIS Region Develop joint business plans with partners and acquirers. Ensure customer satisfaction and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Coordinate quarterly business reviews and performance tracking.3. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with Solution Engineering, Technology, Delivery, Product, and Marketing to shape customer proposals and ensure customer delivery Feed market and customer insights into the regional strategy. Support certification and launch plans for new payment solutions.4. Forecasting & Reporting
Maintain accurate pipeline management in CRM. Deliver reliable forecasts and achieve yearly sales targets. Provide regular reporting on market trends and commercial priorities.Required Skills & Experience
Experience
10+ years in sales or business development in payments, fintech, banking, retail tech, or SaaS. Strong experience selling to Banks, acquirers, PSPs, or large merchants. Solid track record of achieving sales targets.Experience working with payment terminals, payment solutions and/or software sales is a strong plus.
Skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build trust with C-level and technical stakeholders. Commercially driven with a hunter mindset. Understanding payment acceptance technologies, APIs, and POS solutions (preferred). Fluent in Ukrainian and English; Russian is a plus.What We Offer
