We are looking for a Sales Director to join our team in Kyiv. This leadership role is focused on driving enterprise sales, managing strategic accounts, and collaborating with international teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Span’s services through regular engagement with enterprise clients.
• Generate sales related to software development, infrastructure projects, and support agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and helping them achieve their goals.
• Collaborate closely with Span Sales, Software Solutions, and Service Management teams in Croatia to maximize sales volume and efficiency.
• Attend client meetings, support proposal development, and relay feedback to technical teams to co-create improved solutions.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts; ensure smooth invoicing and payment processes.
• Coordinate internal resources (e.g., engineers) involved in project delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage related administrative tasks.
• Lead and develop the local sales team, fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and growth.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or consulting.
• Proven track record in managing teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
• Experience with Microsoft products and licensing models (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, CSP).
• Familiarity with Microsoft cloud service offerings and enterprise licensing strategies.
