If you are interested in renewable energy, enjoy working across teams, and take pride in keeping operations organised and efficient, we’d like to hear from you!At PHOTOMATE we are a provider of comprehensive solutions in the field of renewable energy, distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, charging stations for e-vehicles, and heat pumps in Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia.What will you do?Assist the sales team in crafting commercial offers, technical proposals, and client-ready presentationsCoordinate internal processes for orders, delivery timelines, and cross-department documentation flowKeep our CRM accurate and up to date with client and project informationEnsure client enquiries are addressed promptly and professionallyHelp organize webinars, client trainings, sales campaigns, and industry eventsTrack sales KPIs, customer engagement, and project progress for internal reportingCollaborate closely with technical, logistics, and finance teams to meet client expectations and deadlinesWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or similar1+ years of experience in a sales support role within the solar, clean tech sector or similarSolid understanding of PV systems and components (inverters, panels, batteries)Detail-oriented multitasker with strong organizational skillsClear and professional communicator—written and verbalKnowledge of MS Office 365 and CRM toolsTeam player with a proactive, can-do attitudeFluent in Ukrainian (min.
