As a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services to the life sciences industry, we are dedicated to creating intelligent connections that make a positive impact for patients around the worldBusiness Development Manager – Temporary ContractThe right candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and leading engagements within the clients by leveraging IQVIA offerings and identify new business opportunities.This role involves overseeing sales, operations, and strategies for both new and existing customers, building, and reinforcing IQVIA position.ResponsibilitiesBusiness and Revenue Management: Drive, manage, and execute the business and growth goals in terms of revenues and assigned accounts.Client Relationship Development: Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned accounts; seek out and identify new revenue opportunities at existing and potential clients, anticipating their needs.Client Engagement Ownership: Serve as the primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality and added value.High level Project Management: Plan, develop, coordinate, and assist with project activities through all project phases; allocate, obtain, and manage resources and project management tools to achieve project objectives; create and implement assessment processes to ensure projects are completed on time, milestones/goals are met, and adhere to approved budgets.Consultative Problem-Solving: Serve as a solutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem-solving skills and when required participate in contract renewal efforts on large accounts.Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Project Management: Oversee and manage sales, marketing, delivery, and project management activities to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.Market Intelligence: Ensure accurate and efficient data collection to support project objectives and client requirements, working on a global and regional way in the pursuit of multi country opportunities.RequirementsBusiness Development Experience: Preferred candidates will have experience in business-to-business selling and managing using a consultative sales approach, preferably in solution and sales managementHealthcare System Experience: Typically requires around 5 years of experience Healthcare\Pharmaceutical sector, developing and implementing strategies for public and private sector engagement as an individual contributor. A good understanding of the health system and private health sector, including hospitals, pharmaceutical industry, health insurance.Technology Sales: Experience in selling technology services and solutions.Project Management Skills: Successful track record of managing (planning and delivery) complex, interdisciplinary projects.Skills & AbilitiesAbility to build in depth and long-standing relationships with client companies, especially at a senior levelAbility to influence internal and/or external constituentsDemonstrates excellent judgment and decision-making skillsPerforms work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to represent the company with external constituentsPossesses a high degree of initiativePossesses exemplary business development skillsExcellent interpersonal and networking skillsAble to manage complex relationships and set prioritiesHas excellent client relationship and influencing skills.Fluency in English.Location:Kiev, Hybrid FormulaTemporary Contract (12 months)IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
