Follow @abbvie on X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Tik Tok.Job DescriptionLocation of candidates: Dnipro In-field position with the objective to raise awareness of the assigned AbbVie’s products to Healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTAchieve the set goals and KPIs for assigned therapeutic areas and territory.Develop target list of customers in accordance with product strategy.Develop and implement plans (e.g. territory, account and call) that includes goals, action plans, time frames and resources.Build and maintain relationships with key external experts and decision makers as part of the implementation of the product promotion strategy.Be the local expert of assigned products; Deliver the medical information related to the products of responsibility to customers in compliance with company’s strategy and applicable regulations.Use promotional materials according marketing strategy and applicable regulations.Regularly track and report progress against plan, redirecting efforts as necessary.Organize live and virtual events with the customers and deliver presentations.FLOW OF INFORMATION & REPORTINGProvide clear feedback to Direct Manager, report, and track progress with regards to different marketing campaigns, applied product strategies. Provide relevant data to Direct Manager for monthly dashboard, highlights, S&OP, business reviews in accordance with agreed timelines.Monitor the field activities of the competitors in alignment with the regulations.Prepare the visit and activities plan and enter the realized visit information to the CRM system on a weekly basis.Complete reporting into the CRM system in an accurate and timely manner.Realize pre-planned visits in accordance with the customers segmentation and to comply with visit frequencies.Update the records of the territory and customers regularly in a timely manner.Provide workplace data accuracy in all records and reports, concerning the field of responsibility.Following the receipt of information about adverse effects or product complaints about company products, deliver the same information promptly to Medical Department within 24 hours of receipt according to the set procedure.CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COOPERATIONThrough effective contribution and participation in In-Field Team activities, plan and ensure implementation of the commercial Brand strategy, tactical Brand activities and innovative projects, collect and share in-field insights.Contribute to the development and execution of product strategies, promotional programs and projects etc.Share best practices to enhance business success for assigned products across the team.Demonstrate in-depth disease, product, market and competitive intelligence expertise, and share this knowledge and experience with the team.Obtain a deep understanding of the emerging multi-stakeholder environment.Provide necessary cooperation with other In-Field Team members (incl. other functions) to common projects planning and realization.OtherComply with all ethical and business standards of the companyFollow all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) rules and procedures, report any EHS incidents (car accidents or work-related injuries) promptly to EHS Liaison and Direct Manager, attend all required training programs, forward any opportunities to improve the EHS program to EHS Liaison and Direct Manager.Qualifications3 years of experience in Commercial pharmaceutical industry preferredProven track record of success within Rheumatology/Oncology preferredHealthcare market understandingSuccessful customer relationship management experienceKey Account Management experienceAbility to develop and manage projects cross-functionallyKnowledge of marketing concepts within strategic planning processUniversity degree in in the field of medicine or pharmacyExcellent Ukrainian language, good EnglishExcellent negotiation, communication and presentation skillsExcellent computer skillsValid Driving LicenseAdditional InformationAbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.  Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.US & Puerto Rico only - to learn more, visit https://www.abbvie.com/join-us/equal-employment-opportunity-employer.htmlUS & Puerto Rico applicants seeking a reasonable accommodation, click here to learn more:https://www.abbvie.com/join-us/reasonable-accommodations.html
