Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionVisa Direct is a payment service that Visa provides to clients (issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants and service providers) to facilitate cross-border and domestic fund transfers/disbursements to Cards, Accounts and Wallets addressing needs of the markets through variety of the use cases (i.e. P2P, B2B. B2C).This role will report into the Head of Visa Direct GTM and Commercialization CEMEA. The individual will contribute to Visa Direct products commercialization strategy and execution across CEMEA. This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a new ecosystem in the fast-moving world of payment and one of the key growth pillars in CEMEA business.The role will be responsible for covering the complete span of the product/platforms commercialization - sizing the opportunity, thinking through and building the product strategy in line with the market business objectives, identifying use cases and solutions, engaging internal and external stakeholders to deploy Visa Direct solutions. The role holder must possess a unique blend of product management, commercialization and business analysis/implementation skills as well have intimate understanding of payments, mobile technology, consumer behavior and Visa’s business. The role will work cross functionally with other functional teams in the markets and co-ordinate the product roadmap and learnings from the wider regional Visa Direct teams.It is a fast paced, agile environment, so this person must be proactive and excel with internal and external partners to ensure we achieve our goals.He/she will be a highly motivated, energetic individual that thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment and relishes the opportunity to win new business using a value-based selling approach.Visa is looking for an experienced leader with an outstanding commercialization track record. In addition to Visa and payment industry knowledge required, outstanding product management and interpersonal skills are critical.This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsMinimum 8 years of payments and money movement industry related experience, including commercialization of the products and platforms in domestic and cross-border payments across cards, accounts, and walletsCreative Self-starter with a bias toward action and proven track record for successfully developing, building, launching and commercializing technology products and platforms, including value-added services (i.e. alias-based payments, request-to-pay, etc.)Visa or financial/payment industry knowledge required, push payments or real time payments experience is a mustPrevious consulting or product management experience in banking and an advanced degree are strongly preferredStrong B2B2C product and platform commercialization experience, as well as B2B Sales/Solutioning experienceAdvanced understating of risk, compliance, IT security, legal, and other product/platform deployment aspectsPrevious Go-To-Market strategy development and execution are required, including sizing, pricing, narratives, distribution channels, building awareness and product usage componentsStrong project and product management skillsExcellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on delivering for clientsExcellent listening and communication skills (both verbal and written)Ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad audience in an approachable way to drive adaptionPossess a high level of professionalism and leadership skills to build business relationships, trust and respect with business partners and suppliersStrong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at coordinating across functional activities, obtain buy-in and elevate issues at critical junctures appropriatelyAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
