Final salary will reflect your skills and experience.Requirements5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a technical environment.Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.Experience working with software development teams, APIs, cloud technologies, and system architectures.Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.It Is Not Operational Function. Technical Background Is RequiredWorking time overlap is important – and will be asked during the client interviews – ideally for the candidates to be available till 3 PM CST (10pm CET)Preferred Qualifications:Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or cloud-based infrastructure.Knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML, or cybersecurity principles.Job responsibilitiesDefine and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with business goals.Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.Gather, analyze, and document product requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility.Work closely with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog.Own the backlog grooming process, including user story creation, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create seamless and user-friendly product experiences.Oversee and participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure that delivered solutions align with business needs, technical feasibility, and customer expectations.Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement iterative improvements.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation.What we offerCulture of caring.
