We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life.When joining Tietoevry Create as a Business Analyst / Product OwnerYou will gather, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements from business representatives and project stakeholdersYou will take part in demo sessions, facilitate UAT, and collect feedback from stakeholdersYou will collaborate with the design team, integrating mockups into requirement analysisYou will identify and manage functional dependencies—both internal and cross-teamYou will ensure proper backlog prioritization and refinementYou will conduct gap analysis, classify issues as defects or change requests, and support defect investigationYou will maintain project documentation and support acceptance testing of delivered functionalityWho We Are Looking For3–5 years of experience in business/system/data analysis and preparing/validating technical requirementsPractical knowledge of SQL or working with structured data, joins, and data flowsFamiliarity with financial domain projects involving complex metrics and formulasExperience with Microsoft Excel and requirement documentationUnderstanding of SAFe/Scrum frameworks and Product Owner responsibilitiesFamiliarity with tools such as Azure DevOps and Mural is a plusStrong independence and responsibility in daily tasksAdvanced written and spoken EnglishAbility to work across cultures, including understanding American and Indian business communication stylesWe also believe you haveStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and communication abilitiesEmotional intelligence and a non-confrontational, collaborative attitudeLeadership skills or experience (an advantage)A positive mindset and adaptability in a multicultural team environmentWe offerWe offer you professional growth, meaningful projects, an open culture, and an outstanding work-life balance!
