With over 1,000 customers in more than 80 countries, Precoro has proven its ability to create real business value and deliver substantial cost savings.Over the past 10 years, we have:— Gathered 100+ cool specialists on our team— Launched 10 large-scale integrations (including with Amazon, Slack, and Google)— Helped 1000+ clients improve purchasing operationsWhat We Look For (requirements)Practical experience working with SQL and understanding of UX best practices4+ years of experience in Product Management, primarily within product companiesFamiliarity with accounting and finance operations (or a strong willingness to learn)English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both spoken and writtenHighly self-aware and receptive to feedbackProactive in identifying potential issues before they ariseWhat You'll Do (responsibilities)DevelopmentGather requirements from the stakeholders.Prioritize and define the final scope of work.Create technical requirements and ensure that all the customer's pain points are solved.Set up and track the release tasks.Manage the release activities (task planning, tracking, notifications, testing, user learning, etc)Feature supportGather customers' cases.Resolve ad-hoc problems.Provide stakeholders with written reports and updates.Team and product developmentTeach and train team members about the product, use cases, how to be productive, communication, company policies, and task management.Research competitors.Plan the resources, product development.Collaborate with Sales and CSM to implement the product for the customers.This role is based in our Kyiv office and follows a hybrid format — we value in-person collaboration, while also offering flexibility when needed.
