Do you seek collaboration, innovation and results?Region MED > SBU MED Sales Region SEUT > Sales UkraineThe Sales team for Ukraine is responsible for all sales-related activities from initial customer contact to submitting offers to negotiating new contracts for wind farms and concluding them.Also to be able to interact with different stakeholders involved in the chain and including the internal ones.With our presence and impactful contributions, we aim to be one of the top markets and ensure that Vestas remains the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of the role is to secure long-term sales relationships with Vestas's customers, as well as to identify and pursue supply sales opportunities, from initial screening and quotation to negotiating and signing contracts and thereby securing business in the Ukrainian market. Reporting to the head of Sales, the Sales Manager will be responsible for:Provide a day-to-day interaction between Vestas and targeted the customers, as well as understand the customer business case in order to ensure optimal and mutually beneficial value propositionsScreen and evaluate sales opportunitiesTo prioritize projects and customers towards best resources use optimizationManage the entire sales cycle: from identifying potential customers, quoting and optimizing deals to negotiating and concluding contracts for the delivery of wind energy projectsEnsure effective interdisciplinary collaboration in a matrix organization, as well as to coordinate and specify technical, financial, pricing, legal, construction and service solutions for the customers, in close corporation with other Vestas departmentsEstablish, develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders (existing and potential customers, authorities, utilities)Monitor market development and trendsInput to the development of Vestas' regional commercial strategyQualificationsBS/MS degree in engineering, business administration, finance or a related fieldAt least 7 years of similar experience in the energy industry, machinery, construction or related environment, large infrastructure projects or large manufactured productsExtensive experience in Sales, Commercial Sales, or Business Development, and legal experience within the renewable energy sector or other project-based industriesSkilled in negotiating complex technical contracts with a thorough understanding of contract terms and conditionsSkilled in identifying and engaging relevant business stakeholders to promote collaboration and positive outcomesCompetenciesEffective motivation and business acumenHigh level of customer focusProficient in negotiation skills and possess the ability to create mutually beneficial solutionsGood technical understandingCollaboration and sharing of resources to the benefit of the entity.
