Your expertise: 

Professional Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or related roles (e.g., QA, customer support, project coordination)
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Experience working with technical teams on web-based or platform-driven products

Skills & Knowledge:

• Understanding of product development lifecycle and stakeholder communication
• Experience writing clear and structured requirements or user stories
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail when investigating issues or proposing improvements
• Good prioritization and task breakdown skills
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar

Communication:

• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to communicate clearly with developers, designers, and business stakeholders
• Proactive mindset, willingness to ask questions, clarify requirements, and follow through

Will definitely be a plus: 

• Experience in web hosting, SSL, email, or related internet services
• Basic understanding of technologies like HTTP, DNS, SSL / TLS, or email protocols
• Technical education or prior work in QA, support, or customer success

You will be involved into: 

• Work with your Product Owner and team to refine backlog items and prioritize features
• Help gather, write, and clarify requirements, ensuring they are understood by designers and engineers
• Support day-to-day delivery by answering questions, managing edge cases, and testing outcomes
• Track product metrics and customer feedback to recommend improvements
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate across teams
