We are currently partnering with a leading Ukrainian digital publisher, a company dedicated to creating essential information products for a vast professional audience, including accountants, educators, medics, HR specialists, labor protection experts, and public procurement professionals.

Our client's extensive product portfolio is trusted and utilized by millions of specialists across Ukraine every month.  We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Product Designer to join our Product Design Office and one of our cross-functional teams, working specifically on our client's project.  This role focuses on enhancing and developing solutions for professional users within their extensive digital product ecosystem.

It requires a designer who can seamlessly bridge user needs with business objectives, driving the creation of intuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional digital products across their extensive product portfolio.  You will play a key role in shaping user experiences across our partner product portfolio, from initial research and conceptualization through to implementation and iterative refinement.

Key Responsibilities Participate in comprehensive user research initiatives, including stakeholder and user interviews, surveys, workshops, detailed design audits, and competitor analysis, to uncover deep user behaviors, needs, and pain points.    Independently develop and create intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional UX/UI designs.

Create essential design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes (at various levels of detail), interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and the intended user experience.

Implement adaptive and responsive design principles to guarantee an optimal user experience across multiple devices and screen sizes.

Develop, maintain, and expand consistent design systems, comprehensive style guides, and reusable UI component libraries to ensure scalability, efficiency, and brand consistency across various products and projects.

Collaborate closely and effectively with diverse cross-functional teams, including product managers, other designers, developers, business analysts, to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and meet business objectives.

Present, articulate, and justify design decisions to various stakeholders, clients, and team members, effectively conveying the rationale behind design choices.    Maintain proactive and effective communication with clients to thoroughly understand their needs, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional solutions.

Actively work to optimize design processes to enhance team efficiency and workflow.    Requirements 3+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX design, with a strong emphasis on product design (not marketing/landing websites).

Hands-on experience designing an end-to-end digital product is a plus.

A strong portfolio showcasing successful projects, demonstrating your design capabilities and problem-solving skills across both web and mobile platforms, including at least two Figma projects.

Expert proficiency in Figma (prototyping and wireframing, components, variants, variables, auto layout, style libraries, handover files) is a must.  Ability to create and maintain robust design systems and their accompanying documentation.

Deep understanding of fundamental UX principles and modern UI design trends, including user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.   An analytical mindset with the ability to work on complex products and make data-driven design decisions.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse audiences.    Proactive, self-organized, and responsible.

A continuous learner, staying up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.  Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
