Description: The team would like to develop an LLM-powered chatbot that will assist users in interacting with the platform, asking questions, accessing planning information, and building personalized itineraries. This project will be a sub-project of another one - a webpage that aims to promote the city as a tourist destination and assist travelers in planning their visit to the UAE. It offers comprehensive information on attractions, activities, accommodations, and events.
While this chatbot project is independent, the team will work closely and in conjunction with the webpage project team as this product will form part of that ecosystem.

Team: Project Manager, Product designers (UX & UI) and AI/ML engineers, Business Analyst (hiring)
Work format: full time; working hours - 8 am - 17 pm Kyiv time
Timeline: 5-6 months

Nice to have experience: with Lead AI products and LLM knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Planning
  - Translate product strategy into Epics and User Stories
  - Define and prioritize product backlog
  - Create tactical roadmap aligned with business objectives
  - Define sprint goals and scope

• Requirements & Analysis
  - Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements-gathering sessions
  - Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  - Create and maintain product specifications
  - Perform market research and competitive analysis

• Team Collaboration
  - Act as liaison between business and development teams
  - Collaborate with development team to ensure requirement understanding
  - Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning, review, retrospectives)

• Communication & Reporting
  - Communicate business vision to development team
  - Provide regular progress updates to Product Manager and business teams
  - Assess change requests and propose solutions

Key Deliverables

• Prioritized product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria

• Clear product specifications aligned with business needs

• Sprint scope that meets stakeholder requirements

• Product research reports with market analysis and recommendations

• Regular progress reports to stakeholders
