Your expertise:

• Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Degree, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of Business Analysis related experience (Product Owner / Functional Analyst / Business Analyst / System Analyst / Project Manager / Product Manager)
• 2+ years of proven experience in Web
• 2+ years of experience in Agile development
• Strong analytical skills to make a critical assessment of the information from numerous sources
• Systems thinking and functional decomposition skills
• Curiosity about the new tendencies in Product Ownership and Business analysis
• Working knowledge of data and process modeling (UML, BPMN etc.)
• Knowledge of prototyping tools and mock ups creation
• Knowledge of requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Setting clear goals and priorities. Time-management, ability to handle multi-tasking activities. Quick learning
• High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedback
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas effectively to both IT and business audiences
• Adept at handling adversity, tactful in conversations with executive leadership and operational leads alike
• Strong teamwork, business acumen, and customer advocacy skills
• Strong presentation, leadership, business influence, and project management skills
• Strong English spoken and written communication skills
• Passionate about corporate education and people development

• Continuously Educate Product Owners and Product Owner Associates on the selected area
• Prepare specialization related documents such as Best Practices, Roadmap, etc.
• Analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement
• Perform the Team Investigation and a Gap Analysis together with the Solution Recommendation
• Take a part in the Product Owners and Product Owner Associates Knowledge Assessment
• Work in one Team with other Functional Managers in order to address a complex recommendation
• Be ready to help Delivery Manager / Head of Product Owners with the Product Owner assessment as well as improvements recommendation
• Enhance opportunities by identifying new software / service to be developed
• Analyze and decompose complex requirements
• Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement cycle including specific area of specialization
• Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications
• Facilitate change and configuration management
• Monitor performance, discover variances and propose necessary actions
• Develop educational materials and design courses within the corporate learning system platform
